6.4.2009 -- Friends!!is pleased to report that as Prudential's project representative and inspector (Prudential Real Estate Investor’s-Equity Partner), the NEW 850 WINTER STREET / Core & Shell HEADQUARTERS BUILDING was recently successfully delivered on-time and on-budget by the development-design-construction team.
This project is a 10 acre parcel of the larger 69 acre Reservoir Woods West Corporate Campus located in Waltham, MA – the project includes a NEW three story building @ 180,000 SF with 65 covered executive parking spaces and all related new site improvements including demolition of the original industrial building to prepare the site for the new structure.
This building has received the GOLD LEED / Core & Shell Rating as one of the region's best energy conserving projects.
The contractor was John Morarity & Associates, base building Architect was ELKUS / MANFREDI, McNamara / Salvia, Inc. provided structural engineering, AHA Consulting Engineers provided mechanical engineering, Reservoir Woods developer is Davis Marcus Partners of Boston..

 

The new 180,000 SF building is part of a larger 69 acre corporate campus (West Campus) and is located adjacent to the HealthPoint sports club – training facility for the Boston Celtics and faces the beautiful Cambridge Reservoir.

The NEW 850 Winter Street Headquarters Building is located near Boston’s Route 128 ‘Technology Corridor’ (I-95).
 
 
The building features the ability to offer one or two Main Building entrance lobbies to headquarter tenants.
The 2nd and 3rd floor plates @ 60,000 SF offer corporate headquarter tenant’s 30’ x 30’ x 45’ column bays thus allowing maximum flexibility for office layout.
